Export and import your DEGIRO CSV

In a few clicks you export your Account and Transactions files from DEGIRO and load them into the tracker. Here are the exact steps.

Step 1 — Log in to DEGIRO

Open DEGIRO in your browser (the export works best on desktop) and log in to your account.

Step 2 — Export your transactions

  1. Go to Inbox → Transactions.
  2. Set a start date before your first transaction and today as the end date.
  3. Click Export → CSV and save the file (Transactions.csv).

Step 3 — Export your account statement

  1. Go to Inbox → Account Overview.
  2. Choose the same period: from before your first transaction until today.
  3. Click Export → CSV and save the file (Account.csv). It contains your dividend, costs and deposits.

Step 4 — Upload into the tracker

Go to the portfolio tracker and drag both files into the upload boxes. The analysis is computed entirely in your browser; nothing is uploaded to a server.

Common pitfalls

  • Too short a period: start your export before your first transaction, or you'll miss history.
  • Wrong format: export as CSV, not as PDF.
  • Unknown positions: for an older fund or exotic stock a price may be unavailable; that position is listed separately.

Frequently asked questions

Which DEGIRO file do I need?
The Transactions export is enough for positions and return. Add the Account export for dividend, costs and the benchmark comparison.
Which period should I choose?
Pick a start date before your very first transaction and today as the end date, so the export contains your full history.
My amounts look wrong. What now?
Export as CSV (not PDF) and upload the raw file. The tool recognises the European number format automatically.
